The software program is an illegal copy. Should have checked prior comments on Seller -- would have looked elsewhere. Worst experience. Also marked for International use only not US. Received order 25 days after ordering. Sent 2 emails before receiving shipment with no response from Seller.Item sent was not item purchased.
Good value for the money. The product came in a timely manner. It was exactly as described, and works very well.
We purchased the Basic 2007 version on our new machines, and I've already re-installed the Basic 2003 version after 2 weeks of fighting just to print an envelope. WHY would they change something so radically that is the basis of so MANY offices out there. you might like this. How could they mess something up so badly. If I have to learn a new software, I might as well look around to see if there's some other software I like better. I don't have that luxury. I need to be able to open the software, do what I want to do, and move on.
Completely satisfied. Product was delivered just as you would find it brand new at a retailer. Delivery was sooner than expected and was packaged with care.
Given three stars for false advertising, but otherwise works well. Also, there was no mention that I would have to call Microsoft every time I put it on a different computer. Mine absolutely was NOT the full product. It was just an upgrade version, and I was lucky to at least have had an expired student version of Word 2003.
